The Sharemind SDK
We are happy to release the all new Sharemind SDK v2010.12!
It is based on a greatly improved privacy-preserving virtual machine Sharemind v2.0 and contains the following components:
- Developer version of Sharemind virtual machine
- SecreC IDE
- SecreC Compiler
- Test data for frequent itemset mining
- Example programs
Please note that this is prototype software and no guarantees are made to the stability of the system. There are known issues in the developer tools that we are fixing for future versions.
To get the Sharemind SDK v2010.12 for Windows, please read the Sharemind SDK license agreement and download the software here.
There is also a useful Getting started with Sharemind SDK tutorial to get the first impression on the SDK.
Those who are interested in SecreC language reference can find some information in Roman Jagomägis's Master's Thesis SecreC: a Privacy-Aware Programming Language with Applications in Data Mining on our research page.
In case of any questions, please contact us.
Sharemind source code
The Sharemind source code is currently not publicly available (starting from version 1.95). We provide the source code on a case-by-case basis. We happily provide the source code for research collaborators and other non-commercial use.
Please use the contact form to send your request.
Please provide the following information:
1) Why are you interested in the source code Sharemind and SecreC?
2) Are you planning to build the software? If yes, what are your preferred operating systems?
We will respond and discuss how you can obtain and build Sharemind.
Note, that older versions of Sharemind were distributed freely and you may obtain the source code for Sharemind 1.91 from the link below. However, we do not provide support for building and working with this version. Recent developments to Sharemind have made versions older than 1.95 obsolete.
